Madison Nicole Allen, age 18, a resident of Route 77 in Royalton, Kentucky, passed away Sunday, May 7, 2017 in Salyersville, Kentucky. Madison was born October 24, 1998 at Highlands Regional Medical Center in Prestonsburg, Kentucky the daughter of Samantha Allen Trout and husband Todd and Neil Adams. She is preceded in death by paternal grandmother, Becky Adams. Madison was a Senior at Magoffin County High School in Salyersville, Kentucky. She had been accepted to attend Pikeville University in Pikeville, Kentucky this fall to continue her education in Biology. Maddie enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She be remembered for her contagious smile, kindness towards others, and being full of life. Those left to mourn includes mother, Samantha Allen Trout and husband Todd of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, father, Neal Adams of Salyersville, Kentucky, brother, Tyler Allen of Salyersville, Kentucky, sisters, Carley Adams of Salyersville, Kentucky, Kayla Adams of Salyersville, Kentucky, maternal grandparents, Terry and Billie Allen of Salyersville, Kentucky, paternal grandfather, Danny Adams of Salyersville, Kentucky, maternal great grandmother Priscilla Joseph of Royalton, Kentucky, Norman and Louise Fletcher of Royalton, Kentucky, special uncle, William Scott Allen and wife Tosha of Salyersville, Kentucky, aunts, Hester Adams of Tennessee, Jane Fontana of New York, a host of family, classmates, and friends who love and miss her. Funeral services for Madison Nicole Allen will be conducted Saturday, May 13, 2017 at 1:00 PM from the gymnasium of the Magoffin County High School in Salyersville, Kentucky with Richard Green officiating. Interment will follow in the Allen Family Cemetery on Booger Hill in Royalton, Kentucky. The family will welcome friends Thursday, May 11, after 5:00 PM, Friday, May 12, after 10:00 AM, from the chapel of the Salyersville Funeral Home. A candle light vigil will be conducted Thursday, May 11 at 9:00 PM from the Ramey Memorial Park in Salyersville, Kentucky. Contributions can be made to Licking River Baptist Church in her honor and the Madison Nicole Allen Memorial Fund. Arrangements are under the direction of the Salyersville Funeral Home in Salyersville, Kentucky.
