Lacy Risner, age 73, a resident of Lee Roark Road in Hazel Green, Kentucky passed away Thursday, February 25, 2021 at Paul B. Hall Medical Center in Paintsville, Kentucky. Lacy was born April 18, 1947 in Salyersville, Kentucky. Son of the late Lloyd and Dora Risner. Brothers Johnnie Risner, Odell Risner, Roosevelt Risner, Lloyd Risner, Elwood Risner, Ray Risner, Johnnie Risner and sister Mary Louise Roark proceed him in death. Lacy was a homemaker and was a member of the Christian faith. Those left to mourn includes brother Junior Risner of Hazel Green, Kentucky, sisters Ressie Roark of Hazel Green, Kentucky, Tressie Brown of Salyersville, Kentucky, a host of family and friends who miss and love him. Funeral services for Lacy Risner will be conducted Saturday, February 27, 2021 at 1:00 PM from the Chapel of the Salyersville Funeral Home. Clergy Johnnie Reed will deliver comforting words on the day of the service. Interment will follow in the Risner Cemetery on Cow Creek in Salyersville, Kentucky. The family will welcome friends Saturday, February 27, at 9:00 AM until the hour of the funeral service. COVID19 restrictions are strictly enforced for public safety.
