Lona Patty, age 76 a resident of Salyersville, Kentucky; passed away Thursday, March 3, 2022 at Hazard ARH Medical Center in Hazard, Kentucky. Mrs. Patty was born May 24, 1945 in Salyersville, Kentucky the daughter of the late Fred and Ellen Borders Hammond. Husband, Jimmy Patty, daughter Sandra Tackett, son, Ray Trenton, and brother, Jimbo Hammond also preceded her in death. Those left to mourn includes daughters, Donna Montgomery and husband Terry of Salyersville, Kentucky, Vicky Alexander and husband Bobby of West Liberty, Kentucky, Connie Perkins of Oil Springs, Kentucky, Felicia Preston and husband Nick of Louisville, Kentucky, Melinda LeMaster Brown of Salyersville, Kentucky, brother, Bobby Hammond of Salyersville, Kentucky, twelve grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren, a host family and friends who love and miss her. Funeral services for Lona Patty are set to private. Burial will be in the Highland Memorial Park in Staffordsville, Kentucky.
