Zayden Curtis Grey Barnett, beloved newborn son of Alexis Slone and Samuel Barnett of Salyersville, Knetucky, joined the heavenly angels at birth on Thursday, September 2, 2021 at Pikeville Medical Center in Pikeville, Kentucky. Those left to mourn includes parents, Alexis Slone and Samuel Barnett of Salyersville, Kentucky, sister, Quinlyn Combs of Salyersville, Kentucky, Paternal Grandmother, Thelma Barnett of Salyersville, Kentucky, Maternal Grandfather, Silas Slone of Garrett, Kentucky, a host of family and friends who will always miss him. A graveside service for Zayden Curtis Grey Barnett will be conducted Monday, September 6, 2021 at 11:00 AM from the Barnett Family Cemetery on Kentucky Route 114 in Prestonsburg, Kentucky. The Salyersville Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with the care and services.
